Manchester City host Real Madrid on Wednesday in the decisive second leg of their Champions League Semifinal tie. The two clubs drew 1-1 in Madrid last week. Manchester City is seeking to advance to its second Champions League final and a chance to win the trophy for the first time. The Premier League club was bounced form the competition by this same Real Madrid club in the semifinals last year before the Spanish side went on to win their fourteenth European championship. Defending champion Real Madrid remains a dangerous opponent but Manchester City is in peak form as it rides a current unbeaten run of 22 matches across all competitions.
West Ham, meanwhile, has lost four of its last five matches in the Premier League but holds a one goal advantage in its Europa Conference League semifinal with AZ Alkmaar as the Hammers head to the Netherlands on Thursday for the second leg of their tie.
