The draws for April’s European Cup quarterfinal matches were announced on Friday. The marquee tie will see Manchester City play Bayern Munich in a matchup of Champions League title favorites. Chelsea, meanwhile, draws defending champion Real Madrid. The other Champions League matches will see AC Milan and Napoli in an all Serie A clash and fellow Italian side Inter Milan take on Benfica. The Europa League quarterfinal matches will include a favorable draw for Manchester United which will be paired with Sevilla. The Spanish side, six-time champions of the Europa League, is struggling this season. Sevilla Manager Jorge Sampaoli was sacked this week with his club just two points above the relegation line in the La Liga table. The Europa Conference League quarterfinal draw will have West Ham facing KAA Gent. The Belgian side is the most threatening opposition the Hammers have faced in the competition. Gent’s 20-year-old Gift Orban has scored seven goals in his last two appearances.
